If additional information is required to perform the services, the client will be contacted within 1-2 days primarily via WhatsApp, Telegram, to the email address or phone provided during the order. The client is responsible for providing the correct contact information when ordering.If it is impossible to obtain the necessary information from the client to perform the service, the Service Provider has the right to suspend the service until the necessary information is clarified.The time of service provision can be moved forward based on agreements with the client, if it is in the customer's interests.If the ordered product is participation in an event, lecture, seminar/webinar, then registration for participation is binding. Participation can be moved to another day or event only if participation in another event or on another day is available for ordering in the online store. A request for a transfer must be made in writing by email no later than two days before the original date.The possible delivery costs of the service are determined by the selected delivery method, possible additional services, and the terms of the order. The client has the right to replace the purchased service with another service available for order and pay the difference in price (or get the difference in price back) before the originally ordered service is performed.If you wish to return or exchange a product, first contact the Service Provider and ask for return or exchange instructions. In the message, please indicate the name, contact details and account number for a possible return.There is no right of exchange or return for virtual products.Order cancellation, liability for errors and complaintsBefore the start of execution, the order can be canceled by a written statement by e-mail (does not apply to virtual products).If the ordered service is participation in an event, lecture, seminar/webinar, then cancellation without costs is possible no later than two days before the start of the event. In other cases, the cancellation costs are equal to 100% of the cost of the service.The Service Provider has certain liability by law for services of inadequate quality. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service at info@penata.fi. The consumer has the right to refer potential disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
